Vision for Work Retreats

The Vision for Work Retreats are hosted by Faith & Work Movement Global (F&WM).

Who Attends

The retreat convenes leaders who are currently employed by a company and lead Corporate Christian Fellowships or Workplace Groups specifically. The majority of these leaders are leading groups in the largest publicly traded companies.

​

Our retreats are not your average large conference where the emphasis is on information. Instead our retreats are limited in size and are invite only. Our intention is to gather a specific contingent of leaders with kindred hearts who are currently serving in unique callings during a strategic time. We aim to create space for workplace fellowship leaders to seek the Lord, share encouraging insights and best practices with one another, support one another in prayer and receive leadership training that will spiritually equip them to more fruitfully lead the groups that they steward for such as time as this.

How to Attend a Vision For Work Retreat

Retreats are invite only due to space constraints. You must be an active workplace leader, a nominated active workplace group member, or a potential leader who is currently employed by a publicly traded company that you lead the group in to attend.

​

We highly encourage workplace leadership teams who steward the company group to come together. Each member of the leadership team will need to register individually.

​

So if you are a leader or active member of a corporate Christian fellowship in a publicly traded company, please come!

Disclaimer: If a registrant does not meet the above qualifications necessary to attend the retreat, Faith & Work Movement reserves the right to refund the registrant and cancel the reservation in order to keep to the intent of the retreat.

Vision For Work Retreats since 2017

F&WM Global has hosted VFW retreats since 2017 and expanded into 3 continents. Each year, we have witnessed their effectiveness on workplace groups. 

 

Who is Faith & Work Movement Global (F&WM Global):

F&WM Global is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to "positively impact companies that impact the world" by serving Corporate Christian Fellowships (Workplace Groups) in the largest publicly traded companies around the world.

F&WM's headquarters are in Silicon Valley, California. 

 

What we do:

F&WM's main purpose is to serve workplace groups. We create, connect, and coach workplace groups in the largest publicly traded companies around the world and catalyze networks in strategic cities. Starting from the Silicon Valley, we have served hundreds of groups and leaders for over a decade and have grown to networks in key cities across 3 continents. We host annual retreats in each of these 3 continents: the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
